When will my order be shipped?
All orders are processed as soon as they are received. You may be sent a tracking number before your order actually ships. This is one of the first steps in our fulfillment process.  The tracking number means your order has been assigned a carrier and delivery service.  The next step is for our team to pack and ship the order, so there may be a delay between when you receive a tracking number and when the package appears in the carrier's system to be tracked.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Currently we are experiencing a major increase in order volume and a slight delay in shipping. We expect all orders to ship within a one to two week window with normal mail delivery.

Can I change or cancel my order before it ships?
