Stop ulcers in your horse before they start with UlcerGard® (omeprazole).

Equine stomach ulcers (Equine Gastric Ulcer Syndrome or EGUS) create a serious and painful problem that can impact your horse's performance and quality of life, and may even be fatal. Horses with EGUS may suffer in silence and never be diagnosed. Horse stomach ulcers can appear and even recur in as little as 5 days.

UlcerGard effectively prevents stomach ulcers from forming in horses, and is the only preventive medication approved by the FDA.

A daily dosage blocks stomach ulcers in healthy horses. Omeprazole, the active ingredient in UlcerGard, halts acid production inside the stomach.

This product listing is for a 1 syringe pack, or 4 doses, of UlcerGard.

HOW TO USE Apply one dosage, marked on the syringe, to the back of the horse’s tongue or deep in the horse's cheek pouch. If part of the dosage is not swallowed, re-dosing is recommended.

Each tube contains four daily doses for horses weighing 600 to 1,200 pounds.
